So, i know a guy, who does the same job as ido, but does make more cash. His Cashfactor is 1.0

Now, i make half that which is aka 0.5

On top of that inflation which is * 0.86

And on top of that a deferal of * 0.75

1.0 != 0.5 * 0.86 * 0.75

Explain to me, in easy words, while posting your own numbers, why i dont need a union.

Can you go work at the same place as that guy does? That seems a simpler solution than building or bringing in a large bureaucracy (a union) that is another leech in your paycheck, and makes your employer less flexible to deal with changing market conditions.
