Auto-generate C_cpp_properties.json with a 99-line Ruby script (gist.github.com)

I like VS Code, but I hate updating c_cpp_properties every time I change my CFLAGS. It can also update your c-cpp-flylint settings. Is this an antipattern? Maybe, but it does the job.
