Telegram also appears to be down, possibly related?

It's working for me in Manhattan as of 6:16 EST.

So a few people been telling me it works for them, I switched from my home wifi to my cellular data (t-mobile) and now it works. Potential DNS issue? Can't be my ISP because of the massive spike on down detector at the same time.
