AllThis misrepresentation and/or copyright infringement? (unicornfree.com)

@amyhoy has written a post about possible misrepresentation and/or copyright infringement going on over at AllThis. Even recommending unhappy individuals send in DMCA takedown notices to their service providers.

Honestly, I'm not sure where I stand on the issues she raises. But I do wonder, is there any real copyright infringement going on when taking Twitter's TOS into account?
