Quite interesting read. Have to think a little bit more on this topic, as it popped up thrice in my life now. and I am interested in the energy-development.
so this might be an interesting angle. But more important would be, that we have more R&D in recycling atomic waste. the world really wasted a lot of time in this field, imho.
