(1) No evidence, (2) Zuck has a controlling interest in the company so he can keep the controls set for the heart of the sun and have a figurehead CEO take the hits.
Investors have already been complaining about Zuck's absolute control over Facebook for years. To see him leave the company and keep a majority of class B shares would be unacceptable to them. Facebook is supposed to be owned by investors, not a single individual. If Zuck intends to leave, he should swap his class B shares for class A ones.
