why is this a direct link to the windows version?

please do not blow the vuvu... err scratch that. do not link to downloads ;)

It's not out. It's not final. It's not official. It could be removed or redone.

Until it is announced by Mozilla, it's not out. Saying it is out and linking to downloads is just irresponsible.
