Management styles are regularly studied and emulated so yes some CEOs will try to emulate him. It may be effective, in some cases, but it's too chaotic so I doubt it will catch on.
Plus, very few CEOs of large companies have the freedom to do as they want. Usually, they have to account to a board of directors that keeps them from going too crazy with the company's assets.
I have no doubt that he'll end up as a MBA case study on what not to do even if he's 100% successful.
