As the first reply says, this is just straight up untrue. And the examples they give are fantastic; Figma literally changed the way most UX designers create their designs and prototypes.

And even using the most generous interpretation of “built” to mean “innovate”, products in 2000-2010 are also hardly innovative.

This is based on nothing, isn’t true, and doesn’t make sense
Figma? Slack? Discord? VS Code? Stable diffusion?

Those were just the first 5 things that popped into my head, all released after 2010.
