Can we crowdsource Google Play review nonsense to shame them into caring?

The madness of Google Review process is such a time sink. Perhaps if we collect stories and can present those to Google somehow to create some PR shaming, they'll make improvements.

It feels like reviewers are paid by the amount of hours of app developers they can waste. And/or it's a horribly AI.

I do not believe that you can, no. This is a very intentional strategy. Google is trying their utmost to be a no-support company. I believe that this must be a core goal for them, accordingly, I don't believe that they will change course. Individual developers, even 10,000 of them, just don't move the needle for Google. They've dominated the platform; heck, they built it, and as long as keystone apps like twitter, google suite, etc. are on the store, people aren't going to move in a hurry.
