I’m curious if you or the company you work at use a KMS. Is Confluence considered a KMS because that’s what I’ve used in the past.

Where I work now I think Confluence is pretty successful but personally I use it very little as a software developer. We have a lot of people who do data entry who need checklists and documentation to support the many specialized decisions that they make and they look all that up in Confluence.
