I have absolutely no idea if this claim is true. Just thought it might provoke a good discussion, and hopefully, some people have collected data on Twitter performance in the past vs. now.

I'm strongly reminded of Xi Jinping suggesting a different potato variety for villagers to plant, thus changing their lives.
