I am 36 male from India. I work in a big multinational company here and makes around 40000 USD in an year after tax deductions, which is decent pay. I am looking for opportunities abroad and considering the immigration, Canada and Germany were easy options. Germany has job seeker visa and Canada there is PR. I am in a confusion that which country is better considering my age ? I think I will be fine with people anywhere and the living conditions. In which country I can save more money ?

If you are planning to start a family and have children, I would go to Germany.
However, the salary after taxes (and health insurance) might not be much better in Germany... but the cost of living might be significantly higher.
If you are married and your wife doesn't earn much, your tax bill is going to be significantly lower. Rent are much lower in Germany and education and childcare are free.

If you are not married and don't plan to start a family, I would look at other places.

I recently read a survey which showed that 8 out the top 10 IT servicing / consulting companies had most of their technical staff in India. When you say multinational you might mean Tata, InfoSys or even IBM? Aren't there any internal transfer to overseas office opportunities? It miught greatly reduce your risks.
yeah. In my company there is no chance for internal transfer especially with the recession and recent layoffs. In Infosys and all it is as per the client request only I think.
Poland has very good ratio of post-tax wages to costs of living and prices of real estate. I.e. as a senior with in-demand skills, you'll be making $4k-$7k after taxes per month, while costs of living and mortgage won't exceed $2k. This is way better deal than you'll get in most Western European countries. Don't know how easy it is to emigrate though.
If you are making 40K in india, where the cost of living is extremely low, why would you want to move?
Life outside india will be hard for you, money is not the only factor. Think it though without having the greedy mindset.
