Iran to disband 'morality police,' says Attorney General (dw.com)

Iranians have seen concessions to women in the past. From the birth of the regime in 1979, the clergy have benefited from the participation of women (not just religious women, leftists and feminists too) when convenient, and then trampled on their rights and freedoms the moment they didn't need them to remain in power.

I doubt the protesters are naive enough to take this concession in good faith after 40+ years of this behavior.

These fake news articles are so common that they become farcical and lead to the questioning of ALL the reporting these publications do. Not everyone suffers from the Gell-Mann amnesia affect.
