Google switching to continuous scrolling for desktop Search results (9to5google.com)

not everyone is happy about this change, pagination allowed people to keep track of previous results on different pages.

I’d love a google feature which would also block duplicate results. Esp with images or video.

Different page but same image… you get 50 of the same image in a search that claims to have billions of images available is pretty laughable tech

Tbh I’ve always enabled infinite scrolling

Continuous scrolling is one of those crappy 'Look what I can do with JavaScript' ideas that ruins usability, but which devs think shows how clever they are.
