Tried to squash the title to match the title length restrictions, hopefully it is not too editorialized.

The original article doesn't use the word "link" and I can't tell if this is about mere links to articles, or if the bill targets wholesale reprinting of original articles (which is extremely common, and technically illegal). Two very different situations. Do you know?
link tax isnt part of the title, and as far as can tell not part of the article. i usually just truncate if its not so clear and comment the full title in.

i dont use facebook, so i cant see if they are publishing links to offsite pages, or conduiting the page into the feed with some link mitm magic, or if they straight up reprint large excerpts or whole articles from outside pages as if the literary effort is thier own.
