This could become the next EUV light source with further development. No doubt ASML is watching.

That's exactly what I thought. Something like a FEL would make those machines ASML makes look pretty cumbersome.

Death Rays for Drones?

Color tunable lasers?

Car-sized xray lasers instead of campus-sized lasers.
