Ask HN: Is anyone else seeing Google Cloud Platform IAM issues?

We're seeing some really, really strange behavior right now, including service accounts losing permissions that have been present for 2+ years.

Anyone else seeing anything similar?

Driving us a little bit nuts, as perms are added back, then are disappearing again.

Maybe someone is playing a terrible prank?
