Ask HN: How do you manage a fully remote/distributed company

Tell me about the tools and practices you employ to manage your remote and distributed company. I have usually encountered a mix of some cloud file storage, some chat and VoIP, mail service, hosted git & ci and a whole myriad of project planning tools and ERPs. That is just to cover basics. What is your "company stack" ?
