No-Code Solution

Hello! I am looking for a no code solution to my next problem:

I will give a QR code to a customer, they will input information, this information will be stored in my database (let's say google sheets or somewhere) and I want to grant them access to the information they inputted and to change it if necessary.

The problem is that I will have multiple clients inputting data and I want to grant them access only to the data they inputted, so they will not be able to see the rest's information.
