Classic Post:

> The hearing, which started at 10:30 a.m., was delayed several times, including over legal discussion on whether the well-connected Democratic donor could get bail, Eyewitness News Bahamas said.

"Well-connected Chicagoan Al Capone."

I always get a kick out of how classic the NYPost really is: Founded by Hamilton in 1801.

The Post turned 50 the year the NYT was founded.

What SBF did is abhorrent. But "begging judge" seems to be a clickbait hyperbole. Better source for the denied bail:

The source for "vegan diet" is CoinDesk. Not sure about their source:

Both CoinDesk and Reuters used less clickbaity headlines than the NY Post.

Yeah, I think either would be a better source for this news. This is embarrassingly editorialized, even by the Post's standards.
Didn't he testify in writing that he has less than $100k on his bank account that he doesn't control?

Or maybe there's still a few hundred million in crypto laying somewhere?

Bail bonds, you usually only pay a fraction of the bail in cash when you get the bond.
Vegan diet concerns? "Pick up my soap".
If only he added he had gf problems ... That might have put the judge over the edge.

More riffing ... If you've seen woody Allen's deconstructing Harry and know the scene where old lady 2 asks old lady 1 (the wife) if she's looked at the problem from her husband's perspective ... You'll see the humor of guilt trips and guilt as a weapon.

I bet the judge knows it's funny on the silver screen not real life
