Show HN: Log in to Mastodon with your Twitter account (tweedle.social)

This is an idea I've had for a while. Given recent events, I decided to finally implement it and see what happens. I assume if it gets any traction it will be banned.

The bigger picture here is that Twitter's network of users and follow lists is potentially reverse-engineerable. Why not take that network graph and implement it in the Fediverse?

That' s an interesting experiment. I uploaded an icon to an account created on tweedle.social and it stopped with an error. ;)

Yes, there is a bug with image uploads. Work in progress!!

I think this issue is beyond Twitter. I had a friend lose her 1M+ Instagram account, purportedly for violating TOU, but without explanation or recourse. It's grossly unfair to creators.

Hard agree! But Twitter is in serious meltdown, which makes it a good place to start.'
