Twitter may have lost more than a million users since Elon Musk took over (technologyreview.com)

A million users is a drop in the ocean of total number, but consider ... these are probably active users. Remembering/realising that makes it a little more interesting and relevant.

on seeing who has been announcing their departure it's a net positive for my experience on Twitter. there are some noted exceptions but overall I don't get the sense those folks will be missed. anyone longing for their content will follow them elsewhere.
