This is the single reason for many companies to move to arm or other cpu architectures.
You assume there isn't similar features on different architectures, or market pressure to implement these, if not already present
You do know that for example the ARM based Qualcomm baseband processor on your board doing your bluetooth/WiFi/LTE runs is own RTOS ???.

If you that worried about snooping then become an ARM licensee and spin your own cores.

A lot of ARM CPU run some sort of L4 microkernel family OS so ....

This is talking about chips with AMT, which not all intel chips have. Do we know if there’s still something like minix running on non-AMT chips?
