Gen 10 was announced at Jan 5th, 2022, but my fully spec-ed model with OLED display, was anounced only at the end of June. Then it took me 3 months to get delivered with all the current supply chain problems. But now it's available in stock.
The post[1] says it will be launched in April 2023.
I guess it will take at least 3-6 months until Gen 11 with good specs will be generaly available. And maybe 9-12 months until it will be in suppliers' stock in my country.

MacBook Pro M1 Max suports up to 64 GB.
If Lenovo can put 64GB on a 128-bit bus then Apple could have 256GB on the M2 Max.
