Ask HN: Know any comprehensive lectures/materials on workspace ergonomics?

Have looked at YouTube and Reddit but haven’t found anything substantial; most videos are 5-10 mins long and don’t explain things like light, how distance influences perception, etc. Curious if anybody knows more comprehensive materials/literature on the subject.
