I purchased macbook in 2017, and during that time I got my laptop repaired by Apple Authorized Reseller / Apple Authorized Service Provider in 2020.

However, the keyboard worked for 6 months and I already passed that 4 years. The problem is I just went to the store they gave me 1 paper and they took the paper when I retrieve the laptop.

This website asks me for screenshots or documents. How am I supposed to provide that?

Just write a document saying what you did, what you paid, and to who, and for what, sign it, and then scan it in as a pdf.

Written testimony is plenty of evidence for lots of things.

I have three MacBook/MacBook Pros with keyboard problems (mine + 2 kids) and one has been repaired, only to redevelop the issue. That latter one is part of the class, but I get nothing for the former two (one is which is 70% unusable). Sigh.
You can buy USB keyboards that fit on top.
Lawyers cleaning up for Jony Ive. I don’t think he’s offered any apologies for the harm he has caused consumers. It’s disgraceful.
Ah well. He’s someone else’s problem now.
