To add some context: Arlo just sent out an email announcing EOL for their older camera models that were sold as recently as 4 years ago. The cameras will not receive any firmware updates and will not work with the cloud storage. They were sold with a "7-day free cloud storage" promise. Beware buying any new cameras from them as they will not be supported for long.
