Ask HN: What is a good support desk solution?

I'm looking for a new support desk solution for my webapp.

What are some good ones that other HNers are using?

My only requirement is that it has CNAME support so that I can have support.mywebsite.com.

An automated knowledge-base that attempts to answer the customer's question before they submit it is also a big plus.
