These might be better as gists that can be brought into a project as subtrees. Your list of countries might have some political problems tainting your repo for universal acceptance. But, those cases probably overlap with local data considerations about where your database servers are allowed to be located, so some deployments might have conflicting “only gonna need one of these” tables.
