Create chaos so employees will concentrate on goals instead of process (geohot.github.io)

I'm not so much interested in how this applies to Twitter, but the idea that actively destroying processes so that one works exclusively towards actual goals intrigues me.

I had not come across this idea before and it strikes me as a useful framing.

Obviously there is a place for process, but perhaps a bit of chaos is not as bad as I thought.
