Coinbase Reaches $100M Settlement with New York Regulators (nytimes.com)

This is the first I've heard of this one. Has it been previously reported? My google-fu is failing me.

Coinbase disclosed it in on of their earnings calls in 2021. Its old news and quite positive that they resolved this that easy.
