I'm done with Walgreens. No matter what I need from their pharmacy, it takes a minimum of an hour to do it, including simple refill pick up. CVS takes no where near that, in and out quickly. Walgreens has a major management failure and they do not want to fix it.
Yeah, between poor customer service, massive wage theft, understaffed locations, and excessive security that ruins the customer experience, it's not surprising they have challenges.
Well well, turns out "organized retail theft" was code for what was going on in the C-Suite. The DA was recalled for being soft on crime, he should have arrested the CEO. It was all cases of Buying While Black after all.
