On my first one, and finding an iPhone dev is a nightmare!

Planning my third one, if I count the consulting that I started after failure of first one.

The lesson I learnt was to have a partner who watches your blind side and whose blind side you are willing to watch. Such a partner is worth every penny but very difficult to find.
