Ask HN: Best Speech-to-Text Software?

Siri (on Mac os) and google Assistant leave a lot to be desired. I'm willing to pay for a tool that will work for live-transcribing into an editor so I can work on longer documents without typing so much.

Bonus points if it would work to type arbitrarily in vim or something.
