It sucks that when you buy fun games with cute characters you're helping a regressive corrupt monarchy maintain power.

I don't like that about capitalism.

People you don’t like, some of whom do terrible things and hold horrendous ideologies, will participate in the same economies as you do.

The notion that people on separate planes of morality will occupy completely separate economic systems is … not realistic.

It must have been so cool to be a Soviet and have all your work and wealth go directly to the state and only be used for the good of your people. /s
I'm assuming what you mean by capitalism here is free trade. I'd actually say SA has become more "liberal" over the years and a lot of that is due to trade. When Mohammed Bin Salman becomes king I think a lot of reforms will happen. Also consider that Japan was at it's most horrofic when it was a closed economy. Although that of course isn't such a great example because war economies are generally more controlled. That said, Japan's economy remained closed after the war largley due to the same people who started it in the first place. But coming back to the main point I think excluding people from your economy, especcialy in non essential things like entertainment, casues more harm than otherwise.
I think despots should be able to purchase that entertainment, my objection is more about 6 cents of every dollar I spend on nintendo games (every dollar of profit at least) effectively going straight into the despot's pocket.
Capitalism refers to an undserving murderous autocrat owning means of production.
Wait till you find out who owned the means of production in the USSR. Oof.
Are you referring to the mushroom kingdom?
Perfect reply, thank you
I don't condone piracy, but then again I always end up misusing the word condone
I suspect that one of a big untold reason why we transitioning ICE to EV is because we don't want to pay for monarchy countries.
