This is really easy to counter, actually. Because there is no copyright breach in content created by neural network. AI does not have an original images. It vaguely "remembers" what it have seen. Like humans do. Like the artists who are looking at the work of other artists and learn. It is just neural networks simply learns faster. Like decades faster then an average artist. Shouldn't anyone who have seen a copyrighted image once have to be filed as well? Because they naturally learned the copyrighted image. If they spend a year or so practicing, then they could reproduce the style of copyrighted image as well.
