Theoretically could be an amazing move towards transparency and encouraging better corporate behaviour. What remains to be seen is how easily it can be gamed and whether gaming it is easier than complying (and rewarded).

Scamming people with their guilty conscience, either for money or control, while actually doing nothing significant.
