So you’re saying we can now kick the personal trainer to the curb too? Lol.
It seems to be working well for me. As long as you are specific about injuries or weaknesses it seems to take them into account as well which is nice. Also if you have a long term goal, (i.e. marathon, 10 pull up's etc) it will make a training plan to work towards it!
be careful as always. real life trainers have put inexperienced people in hospitals, AI can do the same
Especially with 60 Burpees and 100 jump squats.
