Child abuse(corporal punishment) videos not getting removed from YouTube

There are videos[1][2] of teachers slapping and canning kids. I only watched these two videos but there seem to be quite a lot of similar sick content when you search "tution caning videos" or "slap children videos". Worst thing is these videos are being encouraged by sick people who comment and view them and hence more and more kids are being abused. Youtube is literally serving as a platform which is enabling child abuse. I reported similar videos a few months back, but they are still there. It hurts so much seeing little children being tormented like this. It's a failure of youtube that the videos are still up. Anyone working at Google if you see this please put a stop to it.
