Lol all the talk about how dieting isn't "fair" is hilarious. Some good points though. Although her attitude is weird: people should just accept the "set range of weight" they're in because that's the most healthy? That might've been true in the 70s, but has she heard of the obesity epidemic?!

"Diets" don't work if they are just about starving while eating what passes for food in the modern western style diet.

Eating minimally processed low carbohydrate whole foods works just fine.
