If you have been a victim of recent tech layoffs (say starting from Sept last year) how hard have you found it to find another tech job?

I am trying to get some anecdotal evidence on the veracity of the following article by WSJ:

Which claims tech workers are able to find new tech jobs rather quickly.

I am predicting that thread might have a bias towards those that found it very hard to get re-employed since those will be the ones who can afford to browse HN all day (or is it the other way around?? :D )

I got hired in October by just spamming my resume to any job within breathing range of my salary demands. I did this for 1 hour a day on indeed for a month. These companies literally can't find enough developers.
