Aero press with freshly ground specialty beans. The aeropress makes it very easy to get a consistently good cup of coffee and I definitely prefer it over a V60.
I guess that falls under "manual filter"? You're also missing french press in the options.
Mr. Coffee perfected the effort/quality ratio 50 years ago. I'm not performing a giant routine to get 5% better coffee when a drip machine costs 10 bucks and makes a perfectly fine cup of joe
