Ask HN: Best no SMS or email required e2e messaging app

I am wondering what is the best android application for throw away e2e messaging which doesn't require you to create a account with email (Matrix) nor use your sms number (Signal). what do people recommend ? I tried searching for the answer but there is so much conflicting info and much of it is dated.
