I tried ctrl+f couldn't find the two things I found invaluable. It really needs a search function especially for us mobile users without a nice mouse wheel.
I click the star. Tor Browser doesn't have cloud sync but that's a small price to pay to prevent stalking. If I'm on my pc looking for something and realize it was saved on my phone I just have to take it out of my pocket, unlock it, open the browser on there, then i can see it.
Sure that sounds like a lot but it's the same as taking a foot step. There are a lot of steps but it's actually just all automatic and takes 1 second.
I still miss sysinternals and LSpyro memoryhacker (similar to cheat engine). https://vx.netlux.org/ was also an amazing collection, but of viruses not tools.

Anyway, the two things I can vouch for are "windows exploit suggester" and this chinese repo: https://github.com/SecWiki/windows-kernel-exploits
Of course I assume Linpeas/Winpeas is there. You belong in an insane asylum if you left them out of any list like this.

Little me spent hours trying to understand various plugins for some disassembler or one of a billion ideosyncratic excutable packers.
Good times, but I tried and I cannot remember a single name of any of those sites.
