Using the get parameter that is mentioned at the bottom of the page produces a very jarring scroll through all comparisons.

A 30-second TV ad? What a great country they live in!

This is interesting for the novelty. I like the little coffee stain as a visual element. I found the changing text to be a bit visually jarring on first look, though
This will do well as a Teams/Zoom background for nonsense meetings.

The URL parameter for seeing a time seems to be hardcoded assuming you're in America?

If I put in the suggested placeholder time of 11:38am (it is 2:12pm NZT at the time of writing), the timer tells me that the starting time is actually 5:38am which is very confusing for anyone international

I think it defaults to GMT + 0, aka Senegal / Guinea / United Kingdom.
It's either wrong by some offset for everyone, or it's 5hrs behind the UK.
I have found an example of a slightly rotated static element that I don’t hate.

Also this is ridiculous and fun. Love it.

If you could fork this and rename to "How Long You've Been Talking Non-stop in this Meeting..." and keep the timeline, I would use it daily.
