Most of these generated poems are quite bad. But once in a while the AI comes up with a brilliant short poem.

--edit, likely not AI. A bipedal wrote this.

It was a randomly dished out one about a Shovel ("when push comes to shove")

Short poem with some cute wordplay.

I unfortunately reloaded the page for another before copying the text to clipboard.

Imho it must ve been written by a human.

Tried asking ChatGPT to write a poem about hacker news. Parts of it seem pretty well done:

Tried adding adjectives like "deep" to the request, but it then portrays Hacker News exclusively as a sort of beacon of hope. "Write an angsty poem about hacker news" was better, but too cynical. I'm unable so far to find the correct words to get some balance.

Result seems to follow the same general template:
