Ask HN: How to do grooming sessions efficiently?

My experience of our grooming sessions are that my co-workers talk about aprox 3 tickets for 1h and it feels like we get nothing done.

How do you guys do grooming sessions? How can we improve?

Have a retro about your grooming sessions so that you can bring this up and work together to make it better. Retros are not just for the previous sprint tasks

Also, time box things, there is a reason for the term
