I've been using many messaging platforms: Slack, Teams, Discord, telegram… And it's a nightmare to manage. So I created my solution where you can have all your chat in one place.
For example, you use your favorite chat tool, and your partners, customers, and agencies use their tools - we support Slack, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, Discord, WhatsApp, or Text Message (SMS).
My first clients use StartADAM for a variety of purposes:
- External collaboration: bring service providers, clients, vendors, agencies, and external firms into your Slack team from any tool they prefer
- Enterprise: let different teams chat from their preferred & highest-performing chat app (e.g. Sales teams use Microsoft Teams while Product squads use Slack)
- Freelancing: use one chat app to interact with all clients
- Sales: bond with customers & stay organized
