Ask HN: What are some good real user survey tools?

I'm looking for a survey tool that allows me to post questions (visual and text) to a large real human audience. I can think of Amazon mechanical turk, but are there some services specially oriented towards getting UI feedbacks? Where upon paying a service charge, they get my survey across 100 real people and produce a report?
